# Irish Whiskey Cocktails With Proper No Twelve *By James Hills — Updated February 2021* We all know bourbon and rye work great with cocktails, but Irish whiskey is a hidden gem that most people don't fully appreciate. However, it's sweeter, smoother nature compared to other whiskey cousins offers a fantastic opportunity to mix it up into some delicious creations. The folks over at Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey seem to agree since they sent over some fantastic recipes for us to share with you guys! [Proper No. Twelve](https://properwhiskey.com/) is one of the fastest-growing Irish Whiskey Brands right now and it is relatively unique in that while it is a grain-only Irish Whiskey, the spirit offers a blend of golden grain and single malt that results in a smooth and approachable taste with hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness, and toasted wood. ## 40-Second Knock Out Created by Sonny Verdini, Bar Manager, TRADE (Boston, MA)  ### Epic Dubai Adventure Ideas for Couples: Desert Safaris, Yacht Cruises & Sky-High Romance Epic romantic adventures await in Dubai: private desert safaris, luxury yacht cruises, Burj Khalifa sky experiences, and marina dining create unforgettable couples getaways and memories.
