Why Cable TV Is So Important to Stay Informed and Connected

This post idea started out last fall with a realization that after canceling cable TV service to save money that I was now spending just as much on streaming services after I added everything up. Now though, things have changed. That point is still strong but so is the case for reliability and the importance of local news. In a crisis like we are currently in the middle of, those points supersede just cost as two of my biggest concerns.

Belts are one of the few fashion accessories that we men can enjoy, but let's face it - they can bind too tightly and you are generally limited to tightness as provided by the number of holes. Belts don't allow for a custom fit, they can fall apart over time and not insignificantly you ultimately need to worry about having black belts, brown belts, and who knows how to properly match that green leather one you got! Along comes a really cool Kickstarter campaign from Bucqle that gathered more than €223,000 on it's €10,000 goal and is now in pre-order.

Live Like Michael Corleone in The Godfather 2 Lake House

A home in the Fleur du Lac Estates on Lake Tahoe that was used for a number of scenes in The Godfather Part II including the Fredo Corleone lake murder, the Michael and Kay Corleone machine-gun assassination attack in their bedroom, and the Corleone son’s First Holy Communion celebration is for sale at $5.5 million.
