# Dreo Slim H3 Space Heater Review

*By James Hills — Updated December 2023*

Space heaters vary greatly, and the Dreo Slim H3 Space Heater is one that stands out in the crowd. I had the opportunity to test this sleek and efficient device, and it certainly impressed me. In this review, I'll evaluate this heater in detail, comparing it to other well-known brands, and assess if it meets the expectations set by its reputation. Let's discover together if this could be the heating solution you've been seeking.

First though, let's take a look at this segment from a different perspective ...

## Space Heaters Make Sense Conserving Energy And Money

As energy expenses continue to rise, I've discovered using a space heater, such as the Dreo Slim H3, can significantly affect my financial health and my environmental impact. In fact, I have a similar unit sitting below my desk in my office in Toledo to keep me warm while working at night instead of raising the furnace temperature for the entire house.

The Dreo Slim H3 excels at this, in warming specific spaces such as an office or bedroom. This reduces the need to heat other parts of the home if I'm not there. This focused method results in modest electricity consumption, beneficial for both my financial situation and the environment. A notable feature of the Dreo Slim H3 is its eco mode. This setting adjusts the heat output to match the room's temperature, optimizing energy use. It's an intelligent method to save energy, and it's a function I've learned to value.

While I have a brand-new, state-of-the-art heating system in Michigan that is very efficient, in Toledo, the furnace is realistically ready to be retired and replaced with something better. In this sitution, the cost savings are even more dramatic - potentially saving hundreds of of dollars in gas or fuel oil each winter by being able to keep the overall home at say 65 degrees while I keep my office and the bedrooms at 70-72.

Space heaters are a sensible choice for this due to their cost-efficiency and environmental friendliness for home heating. They are an excellent tool for those seeking to reduce their energy expenses and minimize their environmental impact.
