Fitness Tips for Running In Winter

Sure, the weather is great outside right now, but that doesn't mean that now isn't the time to start planning for the winter snow that is just around the corner. Bummer, yeah I know!

Winter is a period when time slows down and laziness sets in. It can be easy to blame your laziness on the weather and kick back and stay indoors but your body is not going to be easy on you just because it’s cold outside. 10 Reasons I Am Buying My Father-In-Law Netflix for His Birthday

For the past several years, I have been a loyal subscriber and frankly a fan of Netflix. It was the first really solid response that answered those who pleaded for a genuine, legal alternative to pirating movies and TV shows. Today, it has grown from a dumping ground for "old stuff" into a first rate producer of quality original content that rivals anything found on traditional TV channels. The Hyundai Azera is an interesting beast - somewhat stuck between two incredible cars, the Sonata and the Genesis and it blends the two extremely well to create a fantastic option for someone that still needs a "family car" but wants many of the features and comforts found a luxury car like the Genesis.

Appreciate - Don't Just Celebrate Dad One Day of the Year

Father's Day is over for this year, but that doesn't mean a dad's day is over - just like the ladies like to say that mom's deserve more than just one day - we both do. Men in our society have a tough position - we are supposed to be the rugged protectors, breadwinners, warriors but also the optimistic guardians of our family and treasure. This isn't to diminish what our better halfs also go through, but it's important to not just celebrate our roles one day each year but to appreciate and respect the challenges that we face throughout the year. This goes not just for "dad" but for all men living in a family since even for those without children the roles are similar.
