This skepticism quickly disappeared after several weeks of real-world testing that included regular transport in backpacks and camera gear. The compact design, measuring just 3.83 x 2.36 x 0.49 inches, has earned a permanent position in my camera "go bag" precisely because of its minimal footprint and maximum utility. The rubberized exterior offers excellent grip, while the integrated loop is sturdy enough to hold standard carabiners, allowing secure attachment to camera vests or backpack straps. This external mounting feature is especially useful during active situations where placing it inside your backpack is impractical, but it is also handy for parents at school events with photo presentations or business professionals needing quick access to files during client meetings. ### Epic Dubai Adventure Ideas for Couples: Desert Safaris, Yacht Cruises & Sky-High Romance Epic romantic adventures await in Dubai: private desert safaris, luxury yacht cruises, Burj Khalifa sky experiences, and marina dining create unforgettable couples getaways and memories. No more dealing with drives that warm up your bag, vibrate, or make weird clicking noises. Plus, SSDs handle bumps and drops way better than spinning drives - something you definitely want when you're constantly on the move. The speed difference is incredible too. I'm getting read speeds up to 2,000MB/s and write speeds around 1,800MB/s, which means those massive RAW photo batches and 4K video files actually transfer quickly instead of making me wait around. I've used it with everything from my iPhone to my laptop to my PS5 and Xbox for expanded game storage - the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 connection maintains those speeds across all my devices. One detail that really stands out is the flat USB-C cable they include. I know it sounds minor, but unlike all the other twisted, bulky cables cluttering up my gear bag, this one actually folds neatly without turning into a tangled mess. ## Man Gear Pick of the Month September's Pick Amazon (affiliate) ### Kenyon City Grill Portable Stainless Steel Electric Grill Why we picked it: a grill you can actually carry to the campsite, the tailgate or the cabin without borrowing a truck. Portable SSDs like this are infinitely valuable for that peace of mind. The RP60 handles this perfectly with its IP65 water and dust resistance, plus it's tested to survive 3-meter drops. I've put it through real-world conditions during adventure travel and outdoor photography sessions, and it keeps performing without issues. While I'm reviewing this from an adventure-ready perspective, these same features make it really good for everyday situations too. Parents can clip it to laptop bags without worrying about drops when bringing photo collections to school presentations, and the rugged build gives you confidence in any professional setting. The included Acronis True Image software is a nice bonus for automated backups, and the USB-C compatibility means it works seamlessly with modern devices including the newer iPhones, iPads, Android devices, and pretty much everything else I use regularly. ## PNY RP60 Delivers Exactly What I Need in Portable Storage After using the RP60 for several weeks now, I can say it's become essential gear for my digital lifestyle - whether that's sitting in the Delta lounge working on editing videos or sitting in my back yard plugging it into my projector to watch some movies outdoors. The combination of 2TB capacity, professional-grade speed, and genuine rugged construction gives me confidence whether I'm traveling with expensive camera equipment or just need reliable backup for irreplaceable memories.
