I LOVE fajitas - unfortunately they are typically really time consuming to cook at home because you have to cut pieces of raw chicken, marinate them and then cook them. That's time consuming but also messy and frankly it's just easier and more enjoyable to go to a restaurant so you get the pomp and circumstance of the sizzling skillet and fresh, steaming hot tortillas. While it doesn't quite bring it to your table, the new Foster Farms Sauté Ready chicken makes things SUPER easy to cook up awesome fajitas at home. All you need to do is add onions, peppers, toppings, and tortillas and you have a great family dinner in just about 30 minutes!

For wine drinkers used to seeing prices of $50+ for a good bottle of Cabernet Sauvingon, from California or Washington State, seeing sub $20 bottles from Chile can be a bit of a headscratcher but when you bring in an ambassador like Pedro Pascal - Mandalorian, Wonder Woman 1984, Narcos, and Game Of Thrones to be your brand ambassador it's worth taking a look!

Thai food is one of my absolute favorite cuisines and frankly it's shocking to me sometimes that not everyone is as familiar with it as me. I had the fortune of growing up in two of the most culturally dynamic places in the United States - San Francisco's Bay Area and Washington DC - where Thai and other Asian cuisines were just part of the normal course of life when it came to dining out. Not everyone is so lucky though to be this familiar and so I'm excited that the Thai Trade Center - part of Thailand's government has created Thai Select to help turn their food into even more of a cultural ambassador than it already is.

When it comes to wine tours, most people think of the various AVAs around the United States, and countries like France, Spain, and Italy. What you may not know is that South Africa is a rising star, offering some unique varietals as well as a stunning countryside to explore. If you’re planning an international adventure that includes wine, South Africa may be the next destination you should check out.

Mendocino California is one of my favorite "hidden gems" in the California wine scene. Geographically it exists just above Sonoma to the point where it is "just out of reach" for all but the most determined wine drinkers, yet it has some of California's best vineyards. ETTORE is one of the newest wineries in the region, having just launched it's first two vintages earlier this year and they have now introduced Merlot Zero.
