# Lads Holiday Vacation Ideas In Nice France *By James Hills — Updated July 2023* Visiting the "South of France" is sort of the epitome of the ultimate romantic getaway, but what about a getaway with the guys? Recently we had the chance to meet with some folks from the France Tourism Development Agency and we were impressed by just how much stuff there is to do year round in Nice and within a quick drive of downtown. Just like a trip to Vegas, your Nice lads holiday can be a fantasy time where you can pretend to be a part of the "Rich and Famous" from driving a supercar, staying in some of the world best hotels, and sipping some of France's finest wines from the back of a chartered yacht as it rocks gently in the warm blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea.   ## Beaches, Nightclubs, and Casinos So, let's start here - there are beaches in Nice and yes many French beaches feature topless women, but they also play host to an incredible selection of bars and nightclubs! ### How to Plan a Caribbean Golf Trip That Will Make The Guys That Didn't Join You Jealous Planning a Caribbean guys golf trip: which courses justify the flight, what all-inclusive covers, and how to keep a mixed-handicap group happy. But there are also more familiar brands ranging from Sofitel to Best Western. ## Skiing and Winter Sports Think that Nice is just for summer fun? Think again - less than two hours from downtown are several world-class ski resorts including Auron ... or as our host half-joked "only 30-minutes by helicopter".   ## Man Gear Pick of the Month September's Pick Amazon (affiliate) ### Kenyon City Grill Portable Stainless Steel Electric Grill Why we picked it: a grill you can actually carry to the campsite, the tailgate or the cabin without borrowing a truck. Stainless, no propane tank to wrestle, and hot enough to cook for four guys rather than reheat for one. If you are more about DRIVING and less about WATCHING though, there are tons of luxury auto rental choice ranging from supercars like a Lamborghini Aventador.   To a chauffeured convertible Bentley Continental GTC - perfect for cruising the boulevards in style ## Luxury Yachts Oh yes, and if you do want to live like the privileged few then there are places like Charter World where you can charter yachts ranging from 50-foot sailboats to 100+ foot mega-yachts with a professional crew dedicated to ensuring that you have nothing but the most ultimate luxury experience.
