Featuring aromas of green apple, orange, and lemon and a delicate taste, this sparkling wine is not only delicious on its own, but also makes the perfect addition to a cocktail.  This cocktail is a fun twist to the traditional mimosa. It’s easy to prepare and is a great combination of tart and sweetness. It’s a present for your taste buds, all wrapped up in a sparkling wine flute!   **Ingredients: ** - Gancia Prosecco D.O.C - 12 oz cranberry juice - 1 tsp orange zest - 1 tbsp dark brown sugar - ¼ tsp ground nutmeg - Pinch of ground cloves - ¼ tsp ground ginger - 2 cinnamon sticks **Method: ** 1. Combine all ingredients (without the Prosecco) in a saucepan and bring to a boil then allow the mixture to simmer for 20 minutes. 2. Remove from the heat and strain out the ingredients. Chill overnight. 3. Pour 2 ounces of the chilled spiced cranberry juice into a sparkling wine flute. Top with Gancia’s Prosecco D.O.C and enjoy your festive morning!
