Winter Guys Trip Ideas

ManTripping.com is putting together a winter guys trip roundup, and we want to answer one question for our readers: where should a group of guys go this winter, and why is this the season to book it?

Ski and snowboard resorts are a big part of this, from mountains like Vail and Killington to smaller hills with short lift lines and a good bar at the base. We are just as interested in the guys who do not ski. Northern Lights tours, snowmobiling, dog sledding, ice fishing, cat skiing, hot springs, winter fly fishing, lodges with a big fireplace and a serious whiskey list, and the cities and small towns that come alive in winter are all in scope.

Tell us what a group of men would actually do for three or four days: what is on the mountain or property, what is within a short drive, where they should eat and drink, and the dates that matter this winter, from festivals and events to the weeks with the best snow or the best rates. Named restaurants, named runs, named outfitters, and real dates beat adjectives every time.

Submissions should be made through the webform below. If you prefer to discuss the opportunity first, contact James at james@mantripping.com. We will still need the core details submitted through the form so everything can be considered for inclusion.

Destinations featured in this roundup will be published on ManTripping.com with potential additional features on MenWhoBlog.com and CouplePlaces.com. Only respond if you represent the destination, resort, property, or tour operator you are submitting.

Deadline: October 28, 2026

Add any other relevant links (press page, social profiles, media kit, etc.)

We are only accepting submissions from tourism boards, destination marketing organizations, PR firms, and brand representatives with a direct relationship to the destination or travel experience being pitched. We are not seeking travel tips, blogger contributions, or general travel commentary.

Press Kits & Media Materials

Press kits, digital media assets, and destination materials are not required for inclusion but are sincerely appreciated. When media materials are provided — including high-resolution image libraries, destination fact sheets, story angles, or video assets — they create the opportunity for expanded coverage including stand-alone destination features, lifestyle content, and social and video content beyond the initial placement.

Please note our standard media materials policy:

  • Submitted digital press kits and media assets are retained for editorial reference and will not be returned or deleted upon request unless required by applicable law.
  • We welcome unsolicited press kits and media materials; however, receipt of unsolicited materials does not create any obligation on our part to feature, cover, or review the destination unless coverage has been specifically agreed upon in advance.

Press Trips

We are available for and actively interested in press trip opportunities. Our strong preference is for individual or small-group itineraries rather than large group press trips, as this allows for more focused coverage tailored to our specific editorial niches. That said, we are open to considering all press trip and FAM trip opportunities related to men's travel and lifestyle — if you believe it is a strong fit, please reach out.
