Directions: Shake into a single rocks glass. Garnished with a dehydrated cinnamon-sugar & lemon wheel.

- 2 parts Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 4 parts Orange Soda
- 1 orange slice
Directions: Pour Proper No. Twelve over ice. Top with orange soda. Garnish with orange slice.
Proper Notorious MMA-nhattan
- 2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 brandied cherry
Directions: Combine Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing vessel. Add ice and stir. Strain into a coupe/martini glass. Garnish with a cherry.
Proper HOT Chocolate
- 1 part Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 4 parts Hot Chocolate
Directions: In a mug, combine hot chocolate and Proper No. Twelve. Top with marshmallows or whipped cream.

- 2 parts Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 3 parts Dr. Soda
Directions: Pour Proper No. Twelve over ice. Top with Dr. Soda.
Proper Irish Coffee
- 2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
4 oz hot coffee
.75 oz simple syrup
2-3 oz heavy cream
Directions: In a shaker or jar, shake or whip heavy cream until slightly thickened (not completely stiff). In a mug, add Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, hot coffee, and simple syrup. Stir. Carefully layer on top the thickened heavy cream until it covers the drink. Optional grating of nutmeg on top.
Proper Iced Coffee
- 1 part Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 4 parts Cold Coffee
- Milk or creamer of choice
- Sweetener of choice
Directions: Fill glass with ice. Add Proper No. Twelve and cold coffee. Add creamer and sweetener to taste. Stir to combine.
Proper Cider
- 2 parts Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- 3 parts Warm Apple Cider
- Cinnamon stick (optional)
Directions: Combine warm apple cider and Proper No. Twelve. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Proper Sour
- 2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
.75 oz fresh lemon juice
.75 oz simple syrup
Garnish with lemon wedge & cherry
Ice
Directions: In a shaker, add Proper No. Twelve whiskey, fresh lemon juice & simple syrup. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge & cherry.

3 oz ginger ale
1 lime wedge
Directions: Fill glass with ice. Pour Proper No. Twelve over ice. Top with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Proper Toddy
Grand Vin, Hoboken, NJ
- 2 oz Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey
- .25 oz lemon juice
- 1 dash spiced lemon bitters
- 2 heaping bar spoons of Firebee Vanilla honey
- Hot water
- Tea bag
- 1 star anise
- 2 cloves
- 1 piece cracked cinnamon stick.
Directions: Place tea bag in a mug, pour hot water. Add Proper No. Twelve, lemon juice, spiced lemon bitters, star anise and Firebee Vanilla honey. Stir until honey is dissolved. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
