The office break room is hell for anyone looking to make smart choices. While things have gotten better over the years, this can still be a black hole of pastries and sugar-filled coffee drinks, pop, and other treats that are best avoided. However, with a bit of willpower, you can stay strong, happy, and healthy despite how tempting it might be to cheat.

It's that time of year again - along with the crush of end of year tasks and an explosion of shopping for friends, family, and neighbors there is a seemingly never ending list of Christmas parties that you are obligated to go to. This is your opportunity to be the guy who all the other guys want to be but just like being an athlete it takes training and the right gear to make it happen. 

When you’re working from home or on a small commercial property the lax, casual style of dress is seemingly okay. However, when you’re traveling for business locally or internationally, your appearance is everything. Even before another business professional shakes your hand, says hello, hears your opinion, or learns more about your brand, they see you. They are looking at your professional appearance to determine whether you’re someone they’re interested in getting to know better. If you’re not dressed for the part, you could potentially lose a lot of business.
