One of our absolute favorite wine regions in California is Santa Barbara and they are bringing some fun opportunities to San Diego to share what makes them special and featuring a variety of vineyards including ones you already know ... and others you will never forget.

Santa Barbara Wine Country, named Wine Enthusiast’s Wine Region of the Year for 2021, is bringing some of its acclaimed wines to San Diego for two special Pop-Up Wine Tastings on August 3 and 4. These first-ever events in San Diego will feature small production and well sought-after wineries offering tastings of a wide range of varietals.

Wed., Aug. 3, 6 to 8pm at Huntress –

Enjoy wines from Hitching Post, Sanford, Margerum, Sweetzer Cellars, Kessler – Haak, Tomi Cellars, Meadowlark, Story of Soil, Dierberg, Rusack, and Tercero. Light bites featuring both classic and exotic food pairings will also be served, curated by the Huntress culinary team and sommeliers. Tickets start at $30 per person, and guests must be 21 or older. Guests will enjoy wines from Hitching Post, Tercero, Seagrape, Story of Soil, and Foxen among others, as well as light bites paired to the wines by the Vin de Syrah sommelier team.
