This bucket list trip offers exceptional catch-and-release fishing for dorado, pirá pitá and pacú. “The Paraná River offers exceptional multi-species fishing,” said Hank Ingram of Frontiers International Travel. “Fly and conventional anglers will cast to pirá pitá targeting insects in the jungle canopy, monster pacú sipping fruit and flowers, and river-hardened ambush-minded dorado.”
Guests will leave the lodge around 6 am or earlier in custom, comfort-enhanced skiffs specifically designed for fishing the Paraná. They’ll return for a swim, lunch and drinks at around 10 am. After a siesta, boats will head back out around 4:30 pm and return at dusk.
In addition to the amazing fishing, a team of experienced chefs, trained in both classic and avant-garde culinary techniques, prepare every meal from scratch to be served at a minute’s notice. Dinner menus are paired with some of Argentina’s finest wines, Bodega Catena Zapata.

Suinda Lodge offers four air-conditioned suites with private bathrooms. Wooden footbridges conveniently connect each room to the main dining hall. From there, it’s a short walk to the water.
