I love hats but I never really appreciated them like I do during the summer in San Diego. Typically, I'm a baseball hat wearing guy, but recently I've decided to branch out and explore other styles as well. This is in part due to the simple fact that while a baseball cap might offer a nice brim to protect the front of your face, it doesn't provide much protection other than that and frankly it's not stylish outside of casual gatherings. That's why I was excited when Wallaroo Hats invited me to check out some of their product this summer and so I chose the Palmer due to it's ability to be folded and then pop right back up (very important for when you travel). Plus, it looks great and has a wide brim to protect from the sun.

Thanks to Neutrogena (Landon Donovan is a spokesperson for them), we got the opportunity to ask some questions from this incredible athlete and MLS star.

Part of the fun of fashion is making a statement and the other half is comfort (with a bit of simply feeling good because you look good!). While browsing the selection of shoes at PF Flyers I saw a ton of different options that looks great. There was a mixture of big bold designs as well as more classic looks.

It's tough today for guys - we are told to still be bastions of masculinity, defenders of our families, and all those typically masculine roles we've always been responsible for. Unfortunately, but at almost every intersection we are also told we are to loud, too destructive, too fat, not caring enough etc. Today we are expected to be all the manly stuff, but without the testosterone fueled activities that go along with that. As a result, I feel like a lot of guys are lost but it doesn't have to be that way. Think about it this way. If you plan your life the way you would a trip to Vegas then that's really all you need to think about and the rest will just fall together.

Selecting a watch was once as simple as saying "I want the black one". In fact, there's almost no area where innovation has been as core to the industry as watches and clocks. From the early days when accurate timekeeping was critical to navigating a sailing vessel to the new world to today when your watch isn't even really just a timepiece, this industry is amazing. For those of us who love to travel to extreme and exotic locations though, this means that no matter where you are going there is a watch that is perfect to take with you!
